House of Orpheus is a ghost ship drifting upon a sea of scent… alone and captained by a mad man tied to the wheel… Because of this… we only ship once a month. Scent and perfuming is no longer my passion, its not what i love and I have very little love for the industry, or the customers as a whole. I made this business as a focus on magic and not egoic gratification, the putting on airs and glamour of perfume i find ultimately distasteful the longer i have been involved with it. The magic of perfume is still a passion of mine… but that isnt what the industry wants, and I have inspired countless thankless imitators enough so be done with it entirely. I have considered selling house of orpheus… but I’m a scorpio and i cant see others benefiting from my labors and selling my unique inspired formulations. So it looks like an inevitable closing of the shop is near at hand… until then what I do love is keeping my doors open just a jar to make sure people who love my perfume can still get it. But please do understand it will take you time… I am a full time blacksmith and knife smith now focusing on occult art, and I have little time and or energy for two businesses’. You will get your package when you get it. if you expect it soon or immediately I will just cancel your order. BE assured you will get your order, but not in a timely fashion ever…. I just don’t have the spoons… zero spoons… zero. I enjoyed Perfuming for a time, but nothing is enjoyable to me as much as working with metal.
